I'm Ferdy — a creative technologist moving into IT Business Analysis.
I'm completing a Master of Information Technology (Information Systems) at Charles Darwin University. My background spans UI/UX design, web development, cinematography and building AI-assisted tools — which taught me how much good software depends on understanding the problem first.
I grew up helping run a family tourism business in Bali, so I've seen first-hand what small teams actually need: not more features, but clear processes and systems that save time. That's the gap I want to close as a Business Analyst.
Interview stakeholders, shadow the work and map the current process to find where time, money or customers are lost.
Model the As-Is and To-Be, define the data and business rules, and agree what success looks like.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritised requirements — traced back to the problem.
Test ideas with wireframes and walkthroughs, then support the team through build, UAT and launch.
